(A booking reference will be sent by e-mail. Bookings are held for 6 days pending receipt of a completed booking form with payment.)

For Caravan holiday homes, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable, and the balance at least 28 days before start of holiday.

For Touring and Camping Pitch bookings, a non-refundable deposit of £25 (or total amount if less) is payable, and the balance at least 28 days before start of holiday.

3. Touring and Camping Pitch Booking
(Touring Park open 1st March to 31st October 2009)

Maximum 2 weeks stay at all times. Each Unit comprises either a car with caravan; a car with trailer tent; a car with family tent; or a motorhome and is for 1 or 2 persons. Arrivals 1300 hours, departures 12 midday. No vans, pick-ups, signwritten or commercial vehicules allowed on the park. Maximum tent size 6 x 6 metres.

Terms and Conditions Caravan Holiday Homes
1.	On the day of arrival occupation can be expected by 4pm but this is not guaranteed. Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
2.	The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons specified on the booking form. When calculating the number of berths required a child counts as a person.
3.	Each caravan has parking provision for one car only.
4.	Clients are asked to leave holiday homes and their contents clean and tidy when vacating. No fat left in pots and pans please.
5.	All damages or breakages of the fittings, utensils, crockery, or cutlery must be reported to Reception and will be charged.
General
6.	No commercial vehicles, pick-ups, Transits etc allowed on the Park.
7.	All offers of accommodation are subject to availability and no accommodation can be reserved until the appropriate deposit has been paid. Six working days will be allowed between verbal enquiry and receipt of deposit.
8.	Please notify the office in writing if you intend to arrive after 5pm. Latest arrival 9pm.
9.	Bookings from young all-male or all-female parties may be refused at our discretion.
10.	Touring Pitch hire is from 1300 hours on day of arrival to 12 midday on day of departure.
11.	All visitors should conduct themselves in an orderly and courteous manner. The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any person(s) acting in a manner likely to be detrimental to the enjoyment of any other person. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person(s).
12.	All persons must be quiet between 11pm and 7.30am.
13.	Parental responsibility: all children should be given suitable supervision by parents/guardians.
14.	Occasionally circumstances arise over which we have no control making it necessary to alter, remove or delete facilities or amenities without prior notice.
15.	Bay View Park and/or its facilities are available for your use and enjoyment at your own risk. We will not accept any liability for loss and/or damage howsoever caused to equipment, personal possessions/property/vehicles or personal injury.
16.	The speed limit on the Park is 10mph.
17.	All visitors are expected to observe Bay View Park rules, a copy of which is available in the Office.
18.	During the off-peak season some facilities may be limited.
19.	We welcome your visitors but they are limited to one car per Unit per day and are subject to the following charges: £1 per car; £1 per adult; 50p per child per day (or part day). Only one car to be parked next to each Unit. Visiting cars must be parked as directed at Reception.
20.	No gazebos are permitted.
21.	No refunds will be given for inclement weather.
	Bay View Park recommends you take out your own Holiday Insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation through sickness.
