Bay View Location Map
Whilst Bay View enjoys a tranquil and peaceful setting, it is easily accessible by road and rail and lies within easy reach of some of the most historical and attractive towns in East Sussex, including Battle, Hastings and Eastbourne. By virtue of its elevated position, the park offers its guests panoramic views towards the East Sussex coast five miles to the south; the same land upon which King William stepped for the first time with his army in October 1066 to begin battle with King Harold. By Road Bay View is situated on the A259 approximately 2 1/2 miles from Eastbourne and only 1 mile from the small seaside town of Pevensey Bay.
By Rail The nearest railway station is Pevensey Bay, a few minutes taxi drive from Bay View. Eastbourne is a lager station in Eastbourne town centre, both are served by main London and South Coast lines.
Local Transport Public buses from Eastbourne pass the holiday park so that, in the unlikely event of our guests wanting to leave the tranquillity of the park for the day, it is easy to travel to a wide variety of interesting and exciting venues.
By Air Gatwick Airport lies approximately 50 miles to the north west of Bay View. The airport is situated a train line and visitors arriving from Gatwick can take a train from the airport to Eastbourne where they can catch the connection to Pevensey Bay or take a bus or taxi.
